Dr. Mini Padmaja Nair was born and brought up in India. She finished her Bachelors in Dentistry  in India and worked in India for 4 years & then moved to the Middle East &  practiced Dentistry for 4 years with the Ministry of Health and 5 years in a private hospital setting in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. After that she moved to the United States in 2009. Since then, she has participated in stem cell research at the University of Pennsylvania Dental School and she did General Practice Residency with UMASS and Berkshire Medical Center in 2016. During her tenure at BMC,Dr Nair was taking care of trauma care patients on call & in the clinics performing full-mouth extractions, Tori removal, biopsies, fixed and removable processes. After receiving her Doctorate, she practiced Dentistry in Boston, MA in two different community health centers during a span of 7 years, focusing on providing caring for the needy and less fortunate. After that she  moved to Virginia and has been doing contract jobs in Wisconsin & Virginia for different private dental offices

In her free time, Dr. Nair enjoys traveling, exploring nature,singing/music, interior designing, cooking, and spending quality time with her son.
